Lupa Notes includes built-in analytics to help you track usage and performance—both at the individual and company level. It’s a great way to monitor adoption, identify trends, and understand how your team is using the platform.

How to Access Analytics
Click the Analytics button on the far right of your screen.
2. Choose between two views:
Company View
Profile View
Profile View: Individual Stats
This view shows data for each team member. Use the dropdown menu to filter by profile.
You’ll see:
Total consultations per person
Total audio duration per person
Word counts for both transcriptions and notes
Company View: Team-Wide Stats
This view provides a summary of activity across the team or store.
You’ll see:
Total consultations across the team
Total audio duration
Total word count for all notes and transcriptions
Tip: If you're the only user in your account, both views will display the same data.
