You can now separate rota visibility and editing rights, giving you more control over who can view or modify staff schedules.
Whatโs New?
Rota permissions are now divided into two levels:
View Only: Allows team members to see the rota but not make any changes.
Edit: Grants full permission to adjust and manage scheduling.
This is particularly useful for clinics that want transparency without granting full editing access.
How to Update Rota Permissions
Go to Settings โ Roles & Permissions.
Select the staff role you want to update.
Find the Appointments & Scheduling permissions section.
Choose between View or Edit.
Click Save.

Give editing rights to specific roles such as managers or leads.
