Pricing is set when you create a plan and can be edited at any time from the plan's detail page.
Where to Set Pricing
Creating a plan: Subscription Plans → Plans tab → + New Plan
Editing a plan: Subscription Plans → Plans tab → click a plan → Edit (pencil icon on the Plan Details section)
Billing Periods
Period | How it works |
Monthly | Subscriber is charged once per month. The cycle runs from the enrolment date each month. |
Annually | Subscriber is charged once per year. |
⚠️ Billing period is locked after plan creation. If you need to change it, create a new plan with the correct period and use Change Subscription to move subscribers across.
Changing the Price for Existing Subscribers
When you edit a plan's price:
New subscribers see the new price immediately
Existing subscribers stay on their current rate until their next billing cycle To apply a new price to existing subscribers, go to the Subscribers tab, select the relevant subscribers, and use the bulk Change Plan action to move them to the updated plan.
