Viewing a pet's profile
Tap any pet card from your pets list to open that pet's profile. The profile page shows your pet's photo (or a species emoji if no photo has been added), along with their name, age, and sex.
The profile is organised into four tabs:
Overview — key details and a summary of your pet's information
Vaccinations — vaccination records on file
Conditions — any recorded health conditions
Prescriptions — current and past prescriptions
Tap a tab to switch between them. A row of dots beneath the tab bar shows which tab you're viewing.
Updating your pet's photo
From your pet's profile, tap the edit button in the top corner.
On the edit screen, tap your pet's current photo (or the placeholder image).
Choose to take a new photo or pick one from your camera roll.
Your pet's photo updates straight away across the app.
Note: Clinical details such as breed, date of birth, and sex are managed by your vet practice and are shown here as read-only. Contact your practice if any of these details need correcting.
Viewing your pet's history
From your pet's profile, tap History to see a timeline of your pet's records.
You can filter the timeline to show:
All — every record
Appointments — visits to the practice
Diagnostics — test results and diagnoses
Preventives — vaccinations and preventive treatments
Tap the filter button at the top of the screen and select the category you want.
Removing a pet
If you need to remove a pet from your account, open the pet's edit screen and scroll to the bottom. Tap the delete option and confirm when prompted.
Removing a pet cannot be undone. If you remove a pet by mistake, contact your vet practice to have the record restored.
