The Debts app in Lupa gives you a clear view of all outstanding payments owed by clients, helping you stay on top of collections and keep your finances in order. In this guide, you'll learn how to access the Debts app, view details of unpaid invoices, and send reminders to clients.

1) Accessing the Debts App

To get started, go to the Apps section in the main menu and click the Debts icon. This opens the dashboard showing all clients with outstanding payments.

2) Remind a Client About an Outstanding Payment

  • Use the search bar or drop-down filters to find a specific client or overdue payment.

  • To view more details about the debt and related appointment, click the arrow icon next to the record. This expands the view with appointment and billing information.

  • Click Remind to send a message to the client. This reminder includes the appointment and debt details, helping prompt timely payment.


    That’s how you can use the Debts app to stay in control of unpaid invoices and follow up with clients, quickly and easily.
