Lupa makes it easy for referral vets to connect and collaborate with specialists. Whether you're signing up for the first time or logging in to request a new referral, here's how to get started!
Step 1: Access the Referral Booking Form
To log in or register, click the online booking link shared by the referral specialist. This will take you to their booking form.
Already have an account? Simply log in using your existing details.
New to Lupa? Follow the steps below to create an account.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Click the Register button.
Under the heading "Would you like to register as a referring vet?", click Sign up here
Step 3: Enter Your Company Code (If You Have One)
You’ll be asked for a company code – this is a unique identifier provided by the referral specialist.
If your clinic is already working with the referral specialist, you should have this code.
Not sure what your code is? Reach out to the specialist directly.
Don’t have a code? No problem – leave the field blank and click Register Company to enter your clinic’s details manually.
Step 4: Add Company and Billing Details
After registering your clinic:
You can choose to use the same details for billing, or
Manually enter different billing information if needed.
Step 5: Verify and Log In
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Click Register – you’ll be logged in automatically.Now you are registered and can log in to request a new booking.
You're All Set!
Once logged in, you can go ahead and complete a new referral booking by following the steps in the booking form!
