How to Manage Your Business Settings

This article will guide you through updating your business information in Lupa, including how to edit your business profile, manage gallery images, set opening hours, and adjust payment settings.

Keeping these details accurate ensures your practice runs smoothly and your clients have the most up to date information when booking online.

How to Edit Your Business Profile

  1. Navigate to Settings > Business Profile.

  2. Click the Edit button in the top right corner.


3. Update any relevant fields, such as your business name, description, address, socials or store colour.

  • Note: The store colour you choose appears as the background on your online booking page.

How to Update Your Gallery Images

  1. Go to Settings > Gallery.

  2. Review the existing images in your gallery.

  3. If changes are needed, click the Edit button in the top-right corner.

  4. Upload new images directly from your device.

  5. Your updated gallery will save automatically once the images are uploaded.


How to Set Your Opening Hours

  1. Open Settings > Opening Hours.

  2. Review your listed working hours and make any necessary edits.

  3. To block off specific days (e.g. holidays), click the Add Holiday button.

    • These dates will appear as unavailable in both your Calendar and online booking form.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.


How to Adjust Payment Settings

  1. Select Settings > Payment Settings.

  2. Use the toggle to enable Online Booking Payments if you would like to collect a deposit at the time of booking.

    • You can choose either a flat fee or a percentage-based deposit.

  3. To link a card machine terminal, follow the integration steps under the Dojo Integration section.

  4. Click Save once your settings are updated.
