Step 1: Open Notifications
New appointment requests appear under Notifications.
To access them, click the icon in the top left corner of the main menu.
Step 2: Review the Appointment Request
New bookings will be labelled as New Request.
Click the arrow icon on the notification to view full appointment details.
Step 3: Check and Complete Appointment Details
Make sure all appointment details are filled in.
Lupa will pre-fill information such as:
Assigned clinician
Appointment type
Relevant services and products
You can adjust the appointment time using the employee’s calendar on the right-hand side.
You can also allocate a room for the appointment.
Step 4: Confirm and Notify the Client
Decide whether to notify the client.
Then click Confirm to approve the booking.
The appointment status will automatically change to Confirmed and it will appear in the employee's calendar.
Step 5 (Optional): Use the Flow Chart to Manage Requests
You can also process requests via the Flow Chart.
Open the Flow Chart, then drag the appointment from New Request into the appropriate status column (e.g. Confirmed or Cancelled).
Step 6: Choose to Notify the Client
After updating the status, toggle the notification setting on or off.
Click Update Appointment to save the change.
