What You’ll See
This table displays a record of:
Invoices
Payments
Credit Notes
Refunds
Write-Offs
At the top of the table, you’ll see a quick summary of the client’s:
Net Balance
Credit
Debt
Filtering the Table
Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down by record type. You can choose to display:
All records
Just invoices
Just payments
Just credit notes
Just refunds
Just write-offs
Understanding the Columns
Each row in the table provides clear details, including:
Selection checkbox
Type of record (e.g. Invoice, Payment)
Status (e.g. Paid, Unpaid)
Date of issue
Description
Amount
Running balance associated with that transaction
