Transactions Table

Overview of how invoices, payments, credit notes, refunds, and write-offs are tracked

How to Access It

  1. Navigate to the Client Page for the client you want to view.

2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Transactions."

What You’ll See

This table displays a record of:

  • Invoices

  • Payments

  • Credit Notes

  • Refunds

  • Write-Offs

At the top of the table, you’ll see a quick summary of the client’s:

  • Net Balance

  • Credit

  • Debt


Filtering the Table

Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down by record type. You can choose to display:

  • All records

  • Just invoices

  • Just payments

  • Just credit notes

  • Just refunds

  • Just write-offs


Understanding the Columns

Each row in the table provides clear details, including:

  • Selection checkbox

  • Type of record (e.g. Invoice, Payment)

  • Status (e.g. Paid, Unpaid)

  • Date of issue

  • Description

  • Amount

  • Running balance associated with that transaction


    The Transactions Table offers a transparent, easy to audit view of every financial interaction with a client so you always know where things stand.
