Bulk Edit makes it easy to update multiple products at once, perfect for quick price changes, category clean-ups, or managing product tags in bulk. Instead of editing items one by one, you can now update them all in just a few clicks.
1. How to Use Bulk Edit
Go to Inventory.
Tick the checkbox next to any products you want to update
(or use filters first to narrow down your list).Click Bulk Edit at the bottom of the screen.
Choose which field you want to update and apply your changes.
Your updates will apply instantly to all selected products.
2. What You Can Edit in Bulk
Bulk Edit gives you full control over the most important product fields:
Category
Update the category for multiple products at once, ideal for re-organising your catalogue or cleaning up inconsistent categories.
Markup
Adjust markup for selected items in one go, helping you align pricing strategy across similar product groups.
VAT
Change VAT rates for multiple items, useful when tax rules change or when fixing incorrect entries.
Price
Set new prices for all selected products, either individually or to match updated markup/VAT calculations.
Tags
Add or remove tags across several products.
Perfect for improving searchability, grouping seasonal items, or managing supplier labels.
Linked Service
Bulk update the linked service used for invoicing, great when reorganising your services list or standardising product behaviour.
Add to Basket
Use bulk edit to mass add items to your basket for fast ordering, stock checks, or creating invoices more efficiently.
