A Guide on How to Login and Navigate Lupa

​Once you've received your login details from your organisation, you're ready to get started in Lupa!

Logging In

  1. Open your browser and go to https://work.lupapets.com/auth/login.

  2. Enter the email address and password provided to you.

  3. Click Log In to access your account.

If you run into any issues logging in, double check that your email and password are correct. If needed, you can always click 'Forgot Password'.




Navigation Menu Overview

After logging in, you'll find the main navigation menu at the top of your screen. This menu gives you access to all the key areas of Lupa.


Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find in the navigation menu:

  • Notifications – View alerts and updates, including task reminders and system messages.

  • Calendar – See your daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.

  • Appointments – Manage bookings, check availability, and track upcoming visits.

  • Clients – View and manage client records, pet information, and communication history.

  • Chat – Message colleagues or view team announcements.

  • Apps – Access additional tools or integrations connected to your practice.

  • Settings – Update your preferences, manage your practice details, and adjust user roles.

  • Search – Quickly find clients, pets, or appointments using the search bar.

  • User Profile – Click your name or profile picture to log out, update your information, or change your password.

If you're using Lupa on a mobile device or a smaller screen, tap the three line menu icon to open the full navigation menu.
