In this guide, you’ll learn how to create and schedule new appointments in Lupa. Follow these steps to quickly add appointments to your calendar!
1. Creating a New Appointment
To create an appointment from your Calendar, click the Create button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Selecting a Pet or Client
In the dropdown menu, select a Pet. If the pet isn't listed, you can choose Create Client at the bottom of the dropdown to add a new client. After selecting the pet, fill in the appointment details. Alternatively, you can click the Autofill button to automatically populate the appointment details based on the most recent appointment with that pet.
3. Selecting Employee Availability
After selecting the employee for the appointment, you’ll see their availability on the right-hand side of the screen.
You can adjust the timing of the appointment in three ways:
Drag and Drop: Move the appointment block to fit the available time for the employee.
Change Times: Use the Calendar icons to adjust the start and end times of the appointment.
Extend Appointment: Click on the edge of the appointment block and drag up or down to extend its duration.
The calendar will also show the availability of a room when you select the room for the appointment.
4. Editing Invoice Items
On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll find the option to view and edit invoice items. Click the Add Item button or use the arrow next to it to add products or services.
5. Reviewing Appointment Summary
Once all details are filled in, click Next to view the appointment price and a summary of the appointment information.
On this page, you can:
Add internal notes
Change the appointment status (default is Confirmed)
6. Confirming the Appointment
Toggle the option to notify the client of the appointment confirmation, and then click Confirm to save and schedule the appointment.
