How to connect Xero, set up Printing, and manage Inventory Integrations in Lupa

Getting Started

To access and manage integrations, go to Settings and open the Integrations section. For inventory integrations, head to Settings > Integrations.

1. Xero Integration

Lupa integrates directly with Xero to support seamless accounting and invoice management.

To connect your Xero account:

  1. On the Xero settings page, click Connect to Xero.

  2. Follow the prompts to log in and authorise access.

  3. Once connected, Lupa will automatically send invoices to Xero as soon as they are locked.



    2. Printing Setup

    Set up label printing that works for your clinic’s needs.

    To configure printing:

    1. Go to the Printing Settings page under Integrations.

    2. Adjust the label size and margins to match your label format.

    3. Click Save to apply changes.

    4. Use the Print or Download icons in the top-right corner of the label preview to test or generate a PDF version.

    Lupa is compatible with all major label printers. If you run into issues, the commercial team is available to assist with setup.

3. Inventory Management Integrations

Sync your product inventory with your supplier’s system for smoother ordering and stock control.

Supported suppliers currently include:

  • NVS (National Veterinary Services)

  • MWI Animal Health Wholesale

To connect your supplier account:

  1. Go to Settings > Supplier.

  2. Follow the prompts to link your account and enable automatic inventory updates.

Once connected, Lupa will keep your product list up to date with the supplier's catalogue — helping you maintain accurate stock levels effortlessly.
