Create the MWI integration
To create the MWI integration, navigate to the 'Settings' menu and select 'Suppliers' under the integration section on the left hand side.
Select the '+' icon to enter the MWI supplier details.
Enter a MWI account username and password and click 'Connect Supplier'.
Once the connection is established, products can then be linked to the MWI supplier catalogue and orders placed into the connected MWI account.
How to link a product to the MWI Supplier Catalogue
Navigate to the applications section in the top menu bar.
Select the 'Inventory' application from the available options.
To edit an existing Inventory record, search from the existing inventory records and click the edit action icon.
When editing the product, the Supplier can be set to 'MWI' from the supplier drop down menu. The relevant supplier product can then be selected from the 'Supplier Product' menu.
Once an edit has been made, the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen needs to be clicked.
To create a new Inventory product, linked to the MWI supplier catalogue. Click the '+ Add' button in the top right to create a new product.

Fill in the relevant details for the inventory record, the Supplier should be set to 'MWI' from the supplier drop down menu. The relevant supplier product can then be selected from the 'Supplier Product' menu.
Create an MWI Order
Click into the 'Apps' menu in the top menu bar.
Then navigate to the 'Inventory' app and select the 'Supplier Catalogue' option from the menu.
Select MWI from the supplier drop down menu and the relevant MWI supplier catalogue products will display in the table below.
Select the basket icon on each relevant supplied product to add it to the basket.
Once all of the relevant inventory items are added to the basket, navigate to the basket menu to review the options selected.
The order can now be placed with MWI through clicking the 'Place Order' button on the right hand side.
