Lupa allows you to streamline billing by creating one payment link that covers several outstanding invoices. This guide walks you through the steps to generate that link directly from the client's page.
Steps to Create a Payment Link
Go to the Client’s Page
Navigate to the Client profile for the person you wish to charge.
2. Scroll to Account Balance
In the client’s profile, scroll down to the Account Balance section and click Add Payment.
3. Choose ‘Online’ as the Payment Method
Select Online as the payment type.
4. Enter the Payment Amount and Select Invoices
Input the total amount you want to charge.
Tick the boxes next to the unpaid invoices you’d like to allocate the payment toward.
This ensures the payment is correctly applied across the selected invoices
