How to quickly generate an invoice directly from a client profile

In Lupa, you can easily create an invoice straight from a client’s profile—ideal for ad-hoc charges, walk-ins, or retrospective billing. Here’s how to do it:

Steps to Create an Invoice

  1. Go to the Client’s Profile
    Navigate to the client’s page, then click the Create Button at the top right corner and then click Estimates/ Invoices

2. (Optional) Select a Pet

If the invoice is linked to a specific pet, choose the relevant pet from the dropdown. Then click Create Invoice to begin!

3. Add Items to the Invoice
Click Edit to add:

  • Products

  • Services

  • Bundles

  • Prescribed-only products



4. Generate a Printable Version
If needed, click Generate Temporary Invoice to download a PDF version of the invoice for printing or sharing manually.
