How To Look up An Estimate

How to view a previously created estimate in Lupa

Updated over 5 months ago

It’s often useful to refer back to an estimate you've provided to a client whether to confirm details, update it, or use it as a reference for invoicing. Here's how to easily locate an estimate in Lupa.

Steps to Find an Estimate

  1. Go to the Client’s Page
Use the Search function or navigate through the Clients section to open the profile of the client you created the estimate for.

2. Scroll to the Account Balance Section
Once on the client’s page, scroll down to find the Account Balance area. Within this section, locate the Estimates tab.

3. Filter and View Your Estimates

  • Make sure you're viewing only Estimates using the filter options.

  • Uncheck ‘Hide Unlocked’ to see all existing estimates, including those still open or editable.

And that's it! You’ll now have a clear view of all the estimates associated with that client. Whether you need to review, print, or update them, all your estimate history is easily accessible in one place.
