🌐 Online Booking Improvements

We’ve made some exciting updates to Online Booking that give you more control and make the experience clearer for your clients.

With these improvements, you can:

  1. Set how far in advance clients can book online.

  2. Give clients a clearer booking experience with colour-coded availability on the calendar.


⏰ Control How Far in Advance Clients Can Book

You decide how far ahead clients are allowed to book online. This helps you manage your diary and avoid bookings too far into the future.

How to set this up:

  1. Go to Settings > Online Booking.

  2. Find the option “Date Selection”

  3. Choose the number of days, weeks, or months ahead you’d like to allow bookings.

  4. Save your changes.

💡 Example: You could set it to 30 days if you want to limit how far ahead clients can schedule appointments.


🎨 Availability Colours on the Calendar

Clients will now see colours on the booking calendar to make availability clearer at a glance.

  • Green = Available

  • Yellow = Limited availability

  • Grey/Dimmed = Unavailable

This makes the booking process smoother and avoids confusion when selecting times.
