The new Internal Messaging feature lets your clinic chat, collaborate, and share updates directly inside your workspace - no extra tools needed.


πŸ—¨οΈ What You Can Do

With Internal Messaging, you can:

  • Chat one-on-one or in group chats.

  • Create channels for teams or topics.

  • React, pin, edit, and thread messages to stay organised.

  • Share files and attachments securely within Lupa.

  • See who’s online at a glance for quicker collaboration.

βš™οΈ How to Turn It On

You can enable Internal Messaging from your company settings:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Company Settings β†’ Internal Chat.

  2. Toggle Enable Internal Messaging to β€œOn.”

  3. Choose who can access chat features within your team.
    ​

Once activated, your team will see a new Internal Chat toggle on the Chats App.
