We’re making communication with your clients easier than ever - introducing Self-Serve SMS Messaging in Lupa! 🎉

This feature gives your clinic full control over how and when SMS messages are sent, whether it’s automated reminders or one-off updates.


💬 What You Can Do

With Self-Serve SMS, you can:

  • Send automatic reminders - Lupa will automatically text clients 7 days before their appointment to help reduce no-shows.

  • Send manual messages - Need to follow up or confirm details? Use the “Send SMS” button at the top of a client’s page to send a one-off text instantly.

  • Keep everything in one place - All SMS activity is tracked through the client communications app, so your team stays in the loop.


⚙️ How to Turn It On

You can enable SMS messaging directly in your settings:

  1. Go to Settings → SMS Reminders.

  2. Toggle Enable SMS Messaging to “On.”

  3. Review and confirm your clinic’s billing setup.

Once enabled, Lupa takes care of the rest - no extra setup required!


💵 Pricing

Each SMS costs £0.04
You’ll be billed monthly based on your actual usage - so you only pay for what you send.
