When a pet owner sends a chat message after hours, Lupa instantly sends your custom Out-of-Hours message back to them.
This could include:

  • When your clinic will reopen πŸ•“

  • Emergency contact details ☎️

  • Any additional notes you want clients to know


βš™οΈ How to Set It Up

You can create your Out-of-Hours Auto Reply directly from your settings:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Chat.

  2. Toggle Enable Out-of-Hours Auto Message.

  3. Write your custom message (e.g., β€œThanks for your message - our clinic is currently closed. We’ll get back to you when we reopen at 8am tomorrow.”)

  4. Save your changes!

Lupa will automatically send your message whenever a client contacts you outside your set opening hours.
