You can create your Out-of-Hours Auto Reply directly from your settings:
Go to Settings β Chat.
Toggle Enable Out-of-Hours Auto Message.
Write your custom message (e.g., βThanks for your message - our clinic is currently closed. Weβll get back to you when we reopen at 8am tomorrow.β)
Save your changes!
