The full appointment view in Lupa gives you access to key information about the pet, including their details, notes, weight history, and medical highlights. Follow the steps below to update or review this information.
Step 1: Open the Full Appointment View
From the appointment quick view, click View Full Appointment to access all available details.
Step 2: Edit Pet Details and Notes
At the top of the full appointment window, you'll see:
Pet details
Internal pet notes
Appointment notes
2. To make changes, click the Edit icon in the top-right corner of each section.
3. Make your updates and click Save to confirm.
Step 3: Add or Edit Weight Records
On the lower right of the Pet Details section, you'll find the Weight panel. This shows how the pet’s weight has changed over time.
2. To add a new weight:
Click the + button.
Enter the weight and click Add Weight to save.
3. To edit existing weight data:
Click the Edit icon in the top-right corner of the panel.
Adjust the weight or date as needed and click Save.
4. You can also view the weight graph or add a historical entry by clicking Add Weight, entering the date and value, and clicking Save.
Step 4: View and Add Medical Highlights
Scroll below Pet Details to find the Medical Highlights section. This area shows the pet's preventive treatments, diagnoses, and active prescriptions.
Prescription information includes the product name, dispensation history, prescription end date, and next refill.
2. To add a new medical highlight:
Click the + button in the top-right corner of the panel.
Choose either Preventive or Diagnosis.
Fill in the required information and click Add.
3. To record a preventive treatment (e.g. vaccination, deworming, neutering, or microchipping):
Select Preventive, then choose the appropriate treatment.
You can type in the name if it doesn't appear in the dropdown.
