3.2 Viewing and Editing Information about Clients and Pets

Learn how to see and edit information about clients and pets

Lupa allows you to easily see and edit information about clients and pets saved on the system. In this article, you will first learn how to view and edit a client's details, and then a pet's information.

Viewing and editing a client’s details

1. Start by clicking on Pets in the menu window and then Clients to see a list of all your clients. You can search for a specific client using the search bar.

2. You can quickly edit information about a client by clicking the Edit icon to the right of their name. For a full view of the information about a client, click on a client's name or on the arrow to the right of their name to see more.

3. After clicking on a client or the arrow, you can see a full view of all their information. In the full view, you can view a client's personal details. To change their details, click the Edit icon in the top right and Save when you have finished. You can also send the client a message (if they are registered with the Lupa app) using the Send Message button below their name.

4. If you scroll down the client's information page, you will be able to see all the pets registered with that client and the client's account balance. When an appointment's status is Completed, the appointment background will be white, for all other appointments, the background will be grey (like the screenshot below).

To view and edit information about a pet, click on the button next to the pet's name and follow the steps in the second section of this page.
