Lupa makes rescheduling quick and simple, while also giving you the option to notify clients and team members of any changes!
This guide covers two ways to reschedule an appointment:
Using the Calendar
From the Appointment window
Rescheduling Using the Calendar
1. Open the Calendar
Navigate to your Calendar view.
Locate the appointment you want to change.
2. Drag and Drop to a New Time
Click and drag the appointment to the new desired time slot.
Release to drop it into place.
3. Confirm the Change
Click Confirm to save your changes.
Choose whether you'd like to send a notification to the client:
Toggle on to send a notification.
Toggle off to make the change silently.
Rescheduling from the Appointment Window
1. Open the Appointment
Click on the appointment to open a pop-up preview.
Then click View Full Appointment to see the complete details.
2. Click Edit to Make Changes
In the full appointment view, click Edit.
On the right-hand side, you'll see the employee’s availability.
Now you can:
Drag and drop the appointment to a new time within the availability window, or
Manually change the Start and End times by selecting a new date and time.
3. Finalize and Confirm
Click Next to preview the appointment price and updated details.
Then click Confirm to save the changes.
That’s it! Your appointment is now updated, and your client and team will be notified if you chose to send an alert.
