Learn how to use the analytics app

This guide explains how to access and use the Analytics app to monitor your practice's financial performance, appointment data, and productivity metrics. The app allows for customized reports and easy data export from Lupa.

Steps to Access and Use Analytics:

1. To access and manage analytics, select the Apps section of the menu bar and click the Analytics icon.

2. Review Financial Insights
At the top of the page, you’ll see visual summaries of key financial data, such as:

  • Revenue evolution

  • Productivity over time

  • Service category breakdown

    To focus on a specific period, click the calendar icons in the upper-right corner and select your desired date range.

3. Explore Appointment Metrics
Scroll further down to view data on:

  • Number of recent appointments

  • Staff productivity

  • Appointment booking methods

Again, you can filter by date range using the calendar icon in the top-right corner.

The Analytics app is designed to give you a quick, insightful snapshot of your practice’s performance, no spreadsheets required.
