The App Suite: Client Communications

Learn to track the communications and reminders you’ve sent to clients

1) Accessing the Client Communications App

Start by navigating to the Apps section from the main menu and selecting the Client Communications icon.

2) Communications

In the Communications tab, you’ll find a complete list of recent emails and text messages sent to clients.

  • Use the filter buttons to narrow down messages by method, date, or sender.


  • To review a specific message, click the Details button on the right-hand side.

  • You’ll see the full message content, time and date sent, sender, and delivery method.



3) Reminders

Click the Reminders tab to view all scheduled or past reminders sent to clients.


​Use the search bar or filter options to find a specific reminder quickly.

This section helps ensure timely follow-ups and supports proactive client care.


​With the Client Communications app, you have a clear overview of your client interactions, helping your team stay organised and responsive.
