Lupa allows you to manage your online booking settings, pre appointment questionnaires, instructions, and booking policy. In this article, first you will learn about online bookings, then your questionnaires and instructions, and finally your booking policy.
1. Online Booking Settings
1.1. Here, you can find a link to the online booking form. Toggle the Enable Online Booking settings to decide whether bookings can be made through the app or an online booking form. Choose how staff are selected, and whether customers can choose the date or location of their appointment. Click Save once you have finished.
1.2. You can also toggle the Enable Referrals button to decide whether you will allow referrals or not. Click the Go to referrals sign up page link to see the referrals form. Click Save once you have finished.
2. Pre Appointment Questionnaires
Select Pre Appointment Questionnaires and click Add Questionnaire to
create a new questionnaire.
Fill in all the fields and, if necessary, click Add Question to
create a new question, then click Save. You can choose to allow respondents to reply with text, dropdown or checkboxes. Select the appointment type that the questionnaire is related to. Once saved, the questionnaire will show up in the relevant appointment file. You can edit a pre appointment questionnaire using the Edit button to the right of the questionnaire.
3. Pre Appointment Instructions
3.1. Select Pre Appointment Instructions and click Add Pre Appointment
Instructions to add instructions sent to clients by email with the booking confirmation.
3.2. You can edit pre-existing instructions using the Edit button next to the instruction. Edit or type the new confirmation message text, then click Save.
4. Booking Policy
4.1. Select Booking Policy to view the booking policy uploaded by Lupa. The text can be edited, and changes can be saved by clicking Save at the bottom of the page. Lupa Pets is not liable for the booking policy of the organisation.
