Lupa allows you to organise your schedule by both employee and room. This guide walks you through how to set up rooms and view appointments by location to suit your team’s workflow.
Step 1: Add a Room in Settings
Go to Settings and navigate to the Rooms section.
Click + Create Room.
Enter a name for the room and click Create to save it.
Step 2: Assign a Room to an Appointment
When booking a new appointment or managing a request,
select the correct room from the Room dropdown menu.This will link the appointment to that room.
Step 3: View Appointments by Room on the Calendar
Open the Calendar.
You’ll see that appointments now appear under both the clinician's column and the consult room column.
Use the Order and Column Filters tools to customise your view and display only the columns you need.
