How to Cancel Appointments

Learn how to cancel appointments using the Calendar or Appointment View in Lupa

Sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Lupa makes it easy to update an appointment’s status in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to cancel an appointment from either the calendar or appointment view.


Step 1: Locate the Appointment

  • Open the Calendar or navigate to the Appointment View to find the appointment you want to cancel.

  • Click on the appointment to open its summary window.

Step 2: Open the Appointment Status Menu

  • In the appointment window, locate the status dropdown menu (usually near the top right of the appointment details).

  • Click the dropdown to view status options.

Step 3: Select ‘Cancelled’

  • From the dropdown, choose Cancelled.

  • This will immediately update the appointment status to cancelled.
