What’s New?
When this setting is enabled, an appointment cannot be saved unless a room has been selected. This keeps your schedule organised and ensures every appointment has an assigned space.
How to Enable Mandatory Room Booking
Go to Settings → Booking.
Find the Configuration option.
Toggle it ON.
Once enabled, users will be prompted to select a room before saving an appointment.
