Occasionally you might find that there are reasons why you'd like to merge a duplicate pet account. Lupa has a practical tool for merging accounts so that you won't need to manually add information from one to the other. This guide will explain how to do a pet merge.
Choose the pet you would like to merge into another pet
Go to the client view, and choose the pet you would like to merge
2. Edit the pet you would like to merge
On the page of the pet go to edit.
3. Scroll down to the merge pet option on the page
At the bottom of the client's page there's a button labeled 'Merge'
4. Choose the pet you would like to merge the current pet into
5. Select the details you would like merged over
Tick the details you would like merged into the new pet from the old pet
